Heather G. White
HEATHER G. WHITE joined KCN in 2005 as an associate. She is a graduate of the College of William & Mary (B.A., 1995), Georgetown University (M.A., 1998), and Tulane University School of Law (J.D., 2003), where she worked as a volunteer law clerk for the Innocence Project New Orleans, and received the Brian P. McSherry Award for Outstanding Public Service upon graduation in 2003. She also served as the Articles Editor for the Journal of American Arbitration.
Ms. White is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Ms. White's practice areas include federal employment law, discrimination and harassment, and disability issues.
