Stephen W. Fung

STEPHEN W. FUNG joined KCN in 2009 as an associate. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (B.S., 2002), and DePaul University College of Law (J.D., 2006). At DePaul, he spent two years in the Center for Justice in Capital Cases, a clinic dedicated to representing criminal defendants facing the death penalty. He also spent two years as a law clerk for the Homicide Task Force in the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender, where he assisted in representing criminal defendants accused of homicide. Prior to joining KCN, Mr. Fung practiced Plaintiff's side employment law for three years in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Fung is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, and is a member of the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Fung's practice areas include federal and private employment law, discrimination and harassment, severance agreements, and disability issues.
